New York Medical Cannabis Industry Association (NYMCIA) is both encouraged and excited by the House’s historic vote on the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act today. We’re optimistic by this first step and hopeful that it adds fuel to the widely supported prohibition movement. The Association commends House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler, who sponsored the bill, and his colleagues for taking up this vote and continuing to support measures that protect New York’s medical cannabis patients.
