The 2020 legislative session is right around the corner, and this type of meaningful dialogue among state leaders is going to result in better policy and a safer, more robust industry at the end of the day.”

“We’ve consistently said that a 50-state patchwork approach isn’t good for patients, workers, or the license holders. Countless New Yorkers are currently crossing state-lines to purchase cannabis for medicinal and recreational purposes. That’s a concern from criminal justice, medical, and economic perspectives.”
